  • We DO NOT log the IP addresses you visit or the data you transfer.
  • We do not store your original IP address after you disconnect from our servers.

3. Data We Collect

To provide and maintain our services, we only collect the minimum necessary data:

  • Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password.
  • Payment Data: Handled entirely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Google Play Billing, Apple App Store). We do not store your payment card details.
  • Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and connection success/failure rates. This is fully anonymized and used strictly to improve app stability and network performance.

4. VpnService Usage (Google Play Policy)

Our app utilizes the Android VpnService to establish a secure, encrypted tunnel from your device to our servers. This is the core functionality of Pika VPN.

  • Data transmitted through the VPN tunnel is strongly encrypted.
  • We do not intercept, collect, or store any personal data or traffic flowing through the VpnService.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) solely for app diagnostics and performance monitoring. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and do not have access to your VPN traffic.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information only for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account, visit the Account Deletion Page or contact our support team.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
